Surveys are charged at between £90-£180 inc VAT based on your location and type of survey required. If our survey reveals issues that can be rectified by us and you subsequently instruct, this fee is adjusted for in the quotation. Reports, specifications and any drawings / designs shall not be passed onto any third parties or used without prior written consent from Refresh PSC.
